Leopoldina is the oldest existing natural scientific/medical academy in the world, with more than 355 years of unbroken tradition and over 1,300 members throughout the world.
It has been Germany’s National Academy of Sciences since 2008. In this conjunction, it offers scientific-based political and social consulting, and also serves as an international academic representative in various bodies mainly national academies work in.
Job
As its house agency, GOLDLAND oversees the design and production of Leopoldina’s publications and communications graphics for events, and also maintains the TYPO3 website within the framework of the corporate and screen design created by g7media. In doing so, a closely-knit, direct form of collaboration with the different editorial staffs and departments of the academy has crystallised. This in turn keeps communication efforts to a minimum for everyone involved, even when working on major projects.
