The real estate service provider GOAL Service GmbH unveiled its newly revamped website today. GOLDLAND reorganised the site and revised its screen design. The entire website is linked to a custom CMS used to market 34,000 residential and commercial objects across Germany.

Effective immediately, Juliane Metz will be supporting us in the area of tourism. Juliane gained year-long experience as a successful customer service representative, project manager and concept developer for a Berlin-based advertising agency for the tourism sector, where she oversaw various print media and Internet projects for tourist information offices and tour operators. She is familiar with the travel industry like no other. We’re pleased that she has decided to continue on her future career path here at GOLDLAND. She will be working with us on the development of intelligent solutions for the tourism industry.

Web-Based Estate Agent Management System for GOAL Service, Berlin

GOLDLAND is upgrading GOAL Services’ internal platform for realtors. The new extensions will make it possible for employees to not only administrate the company’s website via its php-based, proprietary content management system, but also offer licensed external estate agents access to GOAL’s property portfolio. Together with GOAL’s marketing division, we developed the processes and backend interfaces, and are now making sure that the project is smoothly coordinated between the marketing division, in-house IT department and our own partner Convivo, who is overseeing the project’s technical implementation.

GOLDLAND was able to assert itself against competing agencies and received the contract for the implementation of various media forms for the new Dornier Museum’s public relations campaign. Apart from designing and producing the corporate profile, image and press kits, adverts, trade fair stand with flags, banners, give-aways, flyers and brochures, GOLDLAND was also responsible for the conceptual design, draft and implementation of the TYPO3-based website.

Barrierefreies Internet sind Web-Angebote, die von allen Nutzern unabhängig von körperlichen oder technischen Möglichkeiten uneingeschränkt (barrierefrei) genutzt werden können.

Zusätzlich zu der Berücksichtigung der Belange von behinderten Menschen bedeutet „barrierefrei“ (behindertengerecht bezeichnet nur einen Teilaspekt), dass ganz allgemein niemandem Barrieren in den Weg gelegt werden sollen.
